Come learn about your inner primal. Ever feel like there is a bear, cat, wolf, or other creature that occasionally bubbles to the surface. We all have that fight or flight animal like response. Some of us like to physically let that animal out and form connections with it. Come learn about what a primal is and learn how to acquire a deeper connection with it.
